Boys from Ballina Public School and Ballina Coast High School have been collaborating with an Aboriginal dance troupe since 2013. This partnership has blossomed over the past five years, with the boys growing in stature with their leadership qualities and gaining a deeper understanding of their cultural identity.

The boys’ outstanding work was recognised in 2016 when they received a North Coast Aboriginal Education Award for outstanding school leadership. We aim to continue our partnership in the future and build upon the amazing foundations that the boys have put in place.
